Scope of Application

·  EG can be used as a solvent for antifreeze for automobiles, dyes/inks, etc., and used to prepare the antifreeze for engines, and transport the industrial cold energy, which is generally called “secondary refrigerant”;

·  It can be used to prepare polyester terylene, hygroscopic agent, plasticizer, surfactant, synthetic fiber, cosmetics, explosives and gas dehydrating agent;

·  It can also be used as wetting agent for cellophane, fiber, leather and adhesives;

·  It can be used to produce and synthetic resin PET, fiber-grade PET (i.e. polyester fiber), and bottle-grade PET, which is used to make mineral water bottles, etc.;

Product Features

The Company has made important technical improvements, which enables ethylene glycol to reach polyester grade successfully. The content of industrial ethylene glycol is over 99.9%, the product has stable quality and a high operating rate, which can meet various demands of customers.

Packaging and Transportation

·  This product is packaged in a galvanized iron bucket or a tank truck with aluminum or stainless steel containers.

·  It can be packaged according to the requirements of customers.

Safe Storage

·  Industrial ethylene glycol is a water-absorbent substance and it should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse.

·  It should be kept away from kindling and heat sources and protected from direct sunlight. It is necessary to keep the packaging container airtight during storage.

·  It should be stored separately from oxidants and acidic substances. When storage tanks are used, they should be filled with dry nitrogen and sealed.
